Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. a) The return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product for products delivered within Greece and within twenty (20) calendar days for products delivered abroad.   2. b) The returned product must be unused, in excellent condition, exactly as it was before the sale in its packaging and with all its contents, as well as any gift that may have included it.
