All products available on our website, www.eesome.gr, are instantly available and can be shipped within 1-2 working days (if ordered by 13:00). For products that are sold out or currently unavailable we will do our best to fulfil your order as soon as possible. 

If the product you desire appears as ‘unavailable’, please submit a message within our contact us section and someone from our team will reach out to you as soon as we have restocked.

Kindly note, we are not responsible for delayed deliveries of your order as we work with prestigious courier companies. As a customer, you consent to accept and pay for items / orders which may have had a delayed delivery or arrived during an undesired time slot. 

Shipping is free for orders over €30. For all other orders, shipping is estimated at €3. Should you wish to pay for your items upon delivery, there will be an additional charge of €2.

BREAKDOWN OF POLICY

Order Cancellations
All our customers have the right to cancel their order within 2 days of placing the order by sending us an email at [email protected]. Cancellations of orders already shipped will not be accepted and the customer will be charged the shipping & return costs of the parcel. 

Product Returns
Our customers have the ability to return products by emailing us at [email protected], calling us on +302311822902 or by completing the below form:

Refunds are subject to the below conditions:
(a) Refund requests must be made within (14) days of receipt for items shipped within Greece and within (20) days of receipt for items shipped internationally. The return must be accompanied by a fully completed withdrawal form sent by (fax) 2311822902 or by email to [email protected]

(b) Items must be returned in the original packaging. Returned items must be in a new and unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged or if the original packaging has been damaged. 

(c) The returned product must be accompanied by the original purchase document (retail receipt or invoice).
